The Deublerheim is a beautiful group’s accommodation in the Austrian ski and mountain village Werfenweng.
It is a large vacation house with 49 beds, situated at the edge of town. The house has more the character of a ski hut or mountain lodge due to its architecture and the surrounding nature.
Hiking and cross-country ski trails literally start in the back yard. A lovely lake for swimming and the first lift of the ski area are within 5 minutes walking distance.

The Konrad Deubler Heim is situated on the outskirts of the village centre of Werfenweng, at the foot of the Tennengebirge mountains in the heart of Salzburgerland.
Werfenweng is located on a sunny, south-facing plateau at an altitude between 900 and 1,000 metres. Access is readily available both by car (6 km from the motorway) and by train (10 km from the Bischofshofen/Werfen Intercity stations).
Nonetheless, Werfenweng is perceived as being far removed from the everyday bustle of modern life. A charming village centre is complemented by a variety of hotels, while numerous small hamlets with huts, farms, and guesthouses are distributed across the plateau. Facilities for tourists are well provided for: the village centre includes an ATM, a grocery store, a sports shop, and the tourist information office.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafés, as well as a few great après-ski spots. Werfenweng has a medium-sized, cosy ski resort, particularly suited to groups and families. It’s ideal for teaching children to ski. About half an hour away by car are the large Amadé ski areas: Flachau, Alpendorf, Zauchensee, and Hochkönig. There you’ll find many more kilometers of slopes and plenty of opportunities for après-ski.

Summer activities include hiking, climbing and hut-to-hut treks, road cycling and mountain biking, swimming, tennis, football, paragliding and a wide range of sightseeing trips.
Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, (snowshoe) walking, sleigh rides and paragliding. And at the end of the day, relax and reflect on the day’s events, perhaps by the après-ski.
